Solution Design & Formal Quotation

Standard Products: Detailed quotes (including price, specs, delivery) provided within 1-3 business days.
Custom Products: Our technical team designs the scheme and provides a cost-calculated quote within 5-7 business days, based on client's site conditions.

Contract Finalization & Advance Payment

After consensus, a formal contract is signed, detailing quality standards (ISO9001), terms, and payment structure (standard: 30% advance + 60% pre-shipment + 10% warranty). Production begins upon receipt of the advance payment.

Manufacturing & Progress Reporting

Standard Products: Production leveraging 200+ advanced machines, completed in 7-15 days.
Custom Products: Production follows the technical scheme, completed in 20-45 days, with progress updates on key milestones (e.g., heat treatment, inspection) provided by dedicated staff.

Quality Assurance & Delivery Acceptance

Products undergo comprehensive factory inspection and a test report is issued. Local clients sign off after on-site/factory acceptance. Remote clients receive tracking info; final balance (excluding warranty deposit) is paid after contractual acceptance of the shipment.

After-Sales Support & Partnership
